At this present time, we have decided to concentrate on our remodeling and additions side of the business only.  We have put off building new homes at this moment.

Sunset Builders, LLC is a state licensed father/sons team with over 71 years of professional building experience. Our goal is to take care of your building dreams, with special attention and care given to quality and detailed craftsmanship.

Our area of remodeling is 45 minutes from our office.  We also have resided here for over 34 years. I am sure we can meet your building needs. We have references and homes available for viewing.

At the present time, we are specializing in home remodels only. Whether it be general improvements or complete renovations, we can meet your remodeling needs. 

Barry Ostrander

Builder for over 41 years, Barry is the 5th consecutive generation to become a professional builder. He has lived in Crossville, TN for over 34 years.

As a longtime partner in Sunset Builders, LLC, Barry brings experience and business sense to the company. His leadership qualities and extensive construction experience make him a valuable asset to the company.

Caleb Ostrander

Builder for over 18 years, Caleb is the 6th consecutive generation to become a professional builder. He has lived in Crossville, TN for over 34 years.

Caleb works with the office staff, coordinates customer design and renderings. Caleb also works closely with all team members, vendors and customers to ensure that the company's high standards are met.

Isaac Ostrander

Builder for over 12 years. Isaac is the 6th consecutive generation to become a professional builder. He has lived in Crossville, TN for over 34 years.

Isaac, part owner of Sunset Builders, is chief coordinator of labor, material and scheduling - bringing each part of the project together to fulfill high company standards and customer satisfaction.
